Welcome to Trade Vector AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Trade Vector AI ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our AI-powered cryptocurrency trading platform available at trade-vector-ai-arg.com and all associated services, features, and technologies.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Trade Vector AI, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws and regulations.

Trade Vector AI provides an automated cryptocurrency trading platform powered by advanced machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence. Our services include algorithmic trading execution across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and various DeFi markets; 24/7 automated market monitoring and analysis; customizable trading strategies and risk parameters; real-time portfolio tracking and performance analytics; and secure cryptocurrency wallet integration.

The Platform operates as a technology service provider and software platform. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services. All trading decisions, whether automated or manual, are executed based on parameters you define and at your sole discretion and risk.

3. Risk Acknowledgment and Disclaimer

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. The value of digital assets is highly volatile and can fluctuate dramatically within short time periods. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

While Trade Vector AI employs sophisticated AI algorithms and machine learning models, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding trading performance, profitability, or outcomes. Past performance of our algorithms is not indicative of future results. Market conditions, regulatory changes, technical failures, and unforeseen events may result in significant losses.

You represent that you understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading and that you have sufficient knowledge, experience, and financial resources to engage in such activities. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose entirely. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of using our Platform based on your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance.

We strongly recommend consulting with independent financial, legal, and tax advisors before engaging in cryptocurrency trading through our Platform.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a User of Trade Vector AI, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules governing cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and truthful information during account registration and verification processes
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and obligations arising from your trading activities
• Monitor your account regularly and review automated trading activities

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other fraudulent trading practices
• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform or AI algorithms
• Use automated systems (other than our provided tools) to access the Platform without authorization
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

5. Fees and Payments

Use of Trade Vector AI may be subject to various fees, including but not limited to subscription fees, trading commissions, transaction fees, withdrawal fees, and network gas fees for blockchain transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed on the Platform prior to execution.

You authorize us to deduct applicable fees from your account balance or linked payment methods. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials available on or through Trade Vector AI are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Trade Vector AI integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, wallet providers, payment processors, and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

The Platform may contain links to external websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADE VECTOR AI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade Vector AI, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of any intellectual property or other rights, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, regulatory requirements, or extended periods of inactivity.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure procedures on the Platform. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and withdraw any remaining cryptocurrency or fiat balances, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and fees.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
